My friend Julie and I took our kids on the obligatory summer Zoo trip in July. For the second year in a row, it began to rain while we were there so we had to leave, but this time we were pretty much ready to go by the time the downpour came. Sophie really didn't notice too many of the animals, and taking her in and out of her stroller to see them caused far too much upset since she would have rather stayed OUT of the stroller each time than be put back in. But I let her loose again to play on the camel with the rest of the gang.
